2015 RDA Workshop

2015 CEAL RDA Workshop

I. Workshop description

RDA is still evolving and has been revised after the 2013 CTP workshop on RDA. In the 2014 RDA survey, the most popular demand from the CEAL community is compiling CJK examples, so catalogers are able to connect RDA rules with real and diverse scenarios. In addition to the efforts of the CTP Subcommittee on RDA to compile CJK examples, this workshop highly encourages all participants to share and discuss their CJK examples with collective wisdom since the goal and approach of this workshop is simply to be practical and to connect with real cases. In addition to the examples of current rules, the reports of bibliographic/authority updates and the cooperative project of e-resources will be included as well.
